Upon signing the contract with the new client, a set of service standards tailored to those clients, individuals these are then reviewed on a regular basis with the client. Thus we ensure to provide the maximum level service.


Below are some service standards of Al Hashmi Travel & Tours:

*80% calls will be answered within 4 rings.

* E-mails will be acknowledge within 2 hours during working days.

*No travel documentation will be issued without receiving any request form.

*Ticketed bookings will be dispatch 24 hours prior to departure, unless booking is within same day or agreed with the client.

*Multiple quotes with cheaper option will be given upon every travel request.

*All requests will be made according to the client's company travel policies.

*Confirmation of bookings will be required in written to the travel company.

*Travel Insurance

*Reservation & Hotel Booking.

*Wide range of Hajj & Umrah Packages for the clients satisfaction.

SERVICE TIMING AND AVAILABILITY

*Working days Monday to Saturday 0900 to 1800 hours.

*Holiday only on Sunday.

*Emergency support is available 24 hours after office & on Sunday also.

*Dedicated staff will be available over the cell phones to assist any query or problem.
